You get a finished draft to sign.

Every answer written to the funder's criteria, with real numbers. A budget built from your quotes. Attachments checked.

Reply with any changes and we'll revise it. When you're happy, you sign the declarations and submit it in the funder's own portal, in your business's name.

Nothing to pay unless you win.

Finding grants, watching for new ones and writing the applications is all free. If you win, our fee is 12% of the grant money you receive, capped at A$3,000 + GST, and due once the money is in your account.

Most grant rules don't let a success fee count as a project cost, so it's paid from your own funds once the grant money arrives. No upfront or admin fees. Help with your first report after a win is included.

Worked example: a $7,500 grant
Shortlist, watching and full application$0
Grant approved and paid to your business$7,500
Our fee, 12% of the grant received$900 + GST
If the grant isn't approved$0

Common questions.

How does the watching work?

We keep your business details on file. Every day we check official sources for new federal, Victorian and council grants, and check each new one against your business. When one fits, we email you what it is, why it fits and whether we'd apply. You decide. If you'd like it, we write the application.

Do I have to apply for every grant you send?

No. Ignore any that don't suit you. We only write an application when you ask, and there's nothing to pay unless a grant we prepared is approved.

Do you submit the application for me?

We do the work; you press submit. We check eligibility, write every answer, build the budget and check the attachments. You read the finished application, sign the declarations and submit it in the funder's portal, usually in about 10 minutes. The application is in your business's name and we never sign anything for you.

How much does it cost?

Nothing unless you win. The shortlist, the watching and the applications are free. If a grant we prepared is approved, our fee is 12% of the grant money you actually receive, capped at A$3,000 + GST, and due only once the money is in your account. For example, a $7,500 grant means a $900 + GST fee. We confirm the fee in writing before we start any application.

Can the success fee come out of the grant?

Usually not. Most grant rules don't let consultant or success fees count as a project cost, so you pay it from your business's own funds once the grant money arrives. We check each grant's rules and tell you before we start.

I'm a sole trader. Is it worth it?

Fewer cash grants are open to sole traders without staff, mostly council and industry ones. If nothing fits today, we keep watching and email you when one does.

Which grants do you cover?

Federal, Victorian Government and Victorian council grants for businesses: the 90+ programs listed free on this site, checked daily against official sources.

How do I stop the emails?

Reply "stop" to any email, or use the unsubscribe page linked in every email, and we stop straight away. Email us and we'll delete your details too.

Is this legal, tax or financial advice?

No. We prepare grant applications for you to approve. We don't do R&D Tax Incentive registrations or other tax claims (those need a registered tax agent). Talk to your accountant about the tax treatment of grant income.

What happens to my details?

We use them only to check grants for your business and to contact you about the service. They're never sold or shared. Email agent@vicgrantsweekly.com.au to see or delete them.
