Vic Grants Weekly is a grants agent for Victorian businesses. We find the grants a business qualifies for and write the applications; the business reads each one, signs the declarations and submits it. Businesses stay on our list, and we check every new grant against them and email when one fits. Nothing to pay unless the grant is won; then the fee is 12% of the grant received, capped at A$3,000 + GST (or a flat win-only fee where a funder doesn't allow percentage fees). We also list, free, the grants Victorian small businesses and sole traders can apply for right now, from the Australian Government, the Victorian Government and local councils.
Every day we check official government websites (business.gov.au, vic.gov.au, council websites and council grant portals), remove grants that have closed, and add new ones. Each listing has a short plain-English summary of who can apply, written by us, and a link to the official page.

Privacy
When you join our list, we use your email address and business details only to check which grants suit your business, to email you when a new one fits, and to contact you about the service. You can stop any time: reply "stop" to any email or use our unsubscribe page. Submissions are stored in our own database on Cloudflare and are never sold or shared. We may use AI software to help draft applications; a person checks every application before it reaches you. To see, correct or delete your details, email agent@vicgrantsweekly.com.au.
